WHAT IS LIBRARY 2.0?

 Library 2.0 is how libraries utilise online resources to enhance the library experience for members. This can include any process or program that has been set up to support the library or expand the resources available at that library. For example, using social media to give members information that might otherwise be difficult for them to find.
